Buckwheat Super Food

Since I was young, a regular stable of my diet was Kasha (Buckwheat) with Bow Ties. Lately I have been coming across a lot of health claims about this food. A big one is its ability to lower cholesterol! Amazingly you can find this in your grocery store in the international section. Oh yea, it tastes great when it is prepared properly. Very often I make a hot breakfast out of it mixed with honey. It just like having oatmeal, just tastes different. Amazingly a small box can go make a lot of food.
