High Altitude Help

This winter many people will be heading to exotic ski destinations. Unfortunately many of those skiers will suffer from high altitude sickness. I have heard some skiers first day of planned activities were derailed because they experienced extreme fatigue that precluded any activity. This problem is more prevalent when you reach an elevation of 8,000 feet above sea level. In many cases unlucky individuals need an entire day or more to give their body a chance to acclimate to high altitude.

There is a supplement manufactured by Earth’s Bounty which I have had luck with to prevent this problem. I have personally used Oxy-Caps Stabilized Oxygen in capsules. It is also available in a liquid form. I also noticed that it helped my endurance and speed when I have done long distance bicycle riding
